NUTR 20

The NUTR 20 is a yoke‑type track roller bearing (support/track roller) with a full‑complement cylindrical roller set and a sealed, robust outer ring — designed to run directly on a track or rail rather than on a shaft, which makes it ideal for conveyor systems, guide‑rails, cam‑drives, and other track‑based mechanical applications. Its thick‑walled outer ring with a crowned running surface enables it to handle heavy radial loads as well as moderate axial loads (e.g. due to slight misalignment or skew), while the double‑row roller arrangement ensures stable, smooth rolling even under continuous or heavy-duty operation. The sealed design protects against contamination and helps retain lubricant for extended service life.

NUTR 1747 — Track Roller / Yoke‑Type Support Roller

The NUTR 2052 is a yoke-type track roller bearing designed for heavy-duty industrial applications where components follow cams or run along tracks. It features a double-row full-complement of cylindrical rollers within a thick outer ring, providing excellent radial load capacity and resistance to shock. The bearing has a 20 mm inner bore, a 52 mm outer diameter, and an overall width of 25 mm. Its outer surface is crowned to accommodate minor misalignments, and it comes sealed on both sides, often pre-lubricated, with some variants allowing for relubrication. Constructed from hardened bearing steel, it is capable of handling dynamic radial loads of approximately 31.9 kN and static radial loads around 39 kN, with a maximum recommended rotational speed of roughly 3800 rpm. NUTR 2052 bearings are commonly used in cam-follower systems, conveyor guideways, linear motion tracks, and other industrial machinery where durability, high load capacity, and reliability under repeated rolling contact are critical.
