NUTR 4090 — Track Roller / Yoke‑Type Support Roller

The NUTR 4090 is a yoke‑type track roller bearing (support roller) built for heavy‑duty industrial applications such as cam‑follower systems, conveyor tracks, guideways, and other machinery requiring a bearing to run directly on a track or rail. It has a 40 mm bore (inner diameter) and a 90 mm outer (roller) diameter, with a total width of 32 mm (outer‑ring width ~ 30 mm). Internally, the bearing uses a double‑row full‑complement of cylindrical rollers (i.e. many rollers, no cage), which gives it high radial load capacity and good shock resistance. The outer ring has a crowned running surface — this helps the roller to run smoothly on a track and tolerate slight misalignments or tilts.

The NUTR 4090 is supplied sealed on both sides (labyrinth/contact seals), and includes internal lubrication provisions (relubricatable by grease), which increases reliability and life in industrial use. In terms of load‑carrying capability: its basic dynamic radial load rating is roughly 68.2 kN and the static radial load rating around 91.5 kN. Its maximum recommended operating speed under grease lubrication is about 1,600–1,800 rpm, reflecting the full‑complement design (which tends to limit high‑speed capability but improves load capacity and durability).

Because of these characteristics — thick‑walled outer ring, crowned surface, full‑complement rollers, seals and relubrication — NUTR 4090 is ideal where high radial loads, durability, long life and smooth track‑rolling under heavy load are required. Typical applications include conveyors, cam‑drives, linear guides, material‑handling equipment, printing or packaging machines, and other industrial systems where parts roll or slide on tracks rather than rotate on a shaft.
