NUTR 40 — Track Roller / Yoke‑Type Support Roller

The NUTR 40 is a yoke‑type track roller bearing (support‑roller / track‑roller) built for heavy‑duty industrial applications where parts run on tracks or guides. It has a 40 mm inner bore, an 80 mm outer (roller) diameter, and a total width of 32 mm (with the outer‑ring width around 30 mm). Internally, it uses a double‑row, full‑complement of cylindrical rollers (i.e. many rollers without a cage), which grants it high radial load capacity. The outer ring has a crowned running surface, and the bearing comes sealed on both sides (labyrinth‑seal or shielded), often pre‑lubricated — and in many versions it supports relubrication via the inner ring. The basic radial load ratings for NUTR 40 are on the order of 56–57 kN dynamic and 80 kN static, and the bearing can handle permissible dynamic radial loads around 31 kN under continuous operation. Its design — thick‑walled outer ring, sealed full‑complement rollers, crowned surface — allows it to tolerate heavy radial loads, some axial or skew loads (from misalignment or tilting), and to perform reliably in conveyor systems, cam‑follower assemblies, guide‑rails, linear motion tracks and other heavy‑duty industrial machinery where durability and smooth track‑rolling under load are needed.
